This is an invitation to New Mills AODS 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at the Art Theatre.  We wish to extend this to all members, volunteers and supporters of New Mills AODS which is taking place at 8.00pm on Monday 18 May 2026.

Why do we hold an AGM?

The AGM is an important chance for our members to have their say. As a member you are eligible to vote on important decisions. If you’re not eligible to vote, you’re still welcome to attend. During the AGM you will meet representatives for the Society, hear about progress including some of the projects over the foreseeable future, current status and a range of organisational issues.  

Memberships

Becoming a member of New Mills Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society and New Mills Art Theatre is open to everyone from the age of 16. So whether you are interested in performing, assisting with staging a show, or just supporting the work of the society then this is the membership for you.  Memberships start at just £25, additional show fees apply. Society membership can also be upgraded to support the ongoing restoration work at the theatre for a small additional fee of £10.  Membership will run from 12 calendar months from the 1st April each calendar year, or part thereof.  To become a member of the Society, please download and complete the following application form below and return to the theatre.  NMAODS Membership Application.
